Focus & Dedication

At the Children Diabetes Fund, we work to ensure that children in need receive access to vital insulin. Additionally, we are dedicated to educating the public about diabetes, focusing on prevention and early detection to reduce its impact.

Our Two Primary Goals

Bringing Life-Saving Diabetes Care to Children in Developing Countries

Our community fundraising events are a lifeline for children battling diabetes, especially those from developing countries who struggle to afford essential insulin and medical care. Many of these children face daily hardships due to limited resources, but with your support, we can help provide them with the treatment they need to manage their condition. By joining our efforts, you are making a profound impact on the lives of children who need it most, giving them the chance to live healthier and brighter futures.

Educating Children on Preventing Diabetes Through Healthy Habits

At the Children Diabetes Fund, we believe that prevention is just as important as treatment. We are dedicated to educating children about healthy living habits that can help prevent diabetes. Through our programs, we teach the importance of balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle from a young age. By empowering children with knowledge and practical tools, we aim to reduce the risk of diabetes and foster healthier futures for generations to come.

A Message

from President

At the Children Diabetes Fund, we believe every child deserves a healthy future—no exceptions.

When I first met a friend who was struggling to manage diabetes in a sport, I saw how much courage it takes—every single day—to stay safe, focused, and included. I also saw how much difference a supportive community can make. That’s why Children Diabetes Fund exists: to make sure every child has access to the insulin and daily supplies they need, and to help families, schools, and neighborhoods understand diabetes in children so we can prevent crises and catch warning signs early.

As a high school student, I believe change starts close to home. We organize a series of activities to raise the funds to support family in needs; We help children suffered from lifelong insulin injections, fluctuating glucose, unstable emotions to feel safe and confident to deal with their diabetes.  And we assist parents and families obtain more access to insulin and other supplies.

Here’s how our team serves, learns, and acts:

  • Access and support: We help children in need to secure insulin and essential supplies

  • Community-based education: We provide easy-to-understand materials and sessions for recognizing symptoms, responding to emergencies, and supporting inclusion

  • Prevention and early detection: We share clear guidance on healthy habits and early warning signs so families and caregivers can act quickly

  • Youth leadership: We empower student volunteers to lead outreach, host events, and amplify the voices of children living with diabetes

We invite you to stand with us—through giving, volunteering, and advocacy—so that every child has the insulin they need today and the knowledge to live well tomorrow.
